Ingredients: (This recipe yield 10 small little cuppies)
80 g Sugar
180 g cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
60 ml fresh milk
70 g melted butter
Mix all the fillings together:
100 g Cream cheese - softened
1 1/2 tbsp castor sugar
Some chocolate chips for sprinkling.
1.use wooden spoon to cream eggs and castor sugar. Add in fresh milk and
melted butter into mixture and lightly mix it.
2.Sift flour ingredients into the mixture and mix till well mixed.
3.Spoon batter into paper cups and then scoop a teaspoon of cream cheese
mixture on top and some batter to cover the cheese, then sprinkle some
chocolate chips on top.
4.Bake in preheated oven at 180 deg C for about 20 minutes or till golden brown.
