郑多燕的减肥健身操是在日本学习后自己研发的,一共有4个部分,第一部分是街舞操,主要瘦腿部;第二部分是哑铃操,主要用来瘦手臂;第三部分是有氧操,是塑形的部分,最后一部分是瑜珈垫操,用来瘦腰腹部。<br />

在运动的同时也要配合饮食,合理的饮食是减肥成败很关键的一步。<b><span style="color: red;">减肥不等于节食</span></b>,改变饮食结构,多吃蔬菜水果,少吃多油肥腻的食物,戒掉吃零食的习惯。这样才能更快地看到瘦身的效果。<br />

第一次跳者可先跳这套<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fSAGSN4NwoE" target="_blank">15分钟的精华操 </a> <br />
<br />
觉得OK之后可跳灰帽的 figure dance (称小灰)<br />
接下来可换着跳 红帽的 figure robi (称小红) 和 figure dumb (哑铃)<br />
<br />
再之后可进级跳 第二代的垫上操和大球操<br />
<br />
基本上Robi (小红) 和 大球操 Slim 二者是有氧操, Dumb 哑鈴, Dance小灰有點有氧的成份但偏无氧, 其他的是纯无氧<br />

我跳郑多燕40多天了, 虽然体重没什么减少但身体起了明显的变化<br />
腰比以前小了,以前穿XL现在能穿L了<br />
手臂的掰掰肉也小了很多<br />
肚腩也比较小了<br />
还有开始运动之后我的便秘的问题也改善了哦~~<br />

2月1号时量体脂37.5% 到25号测量时是31%...虽然只是个大概的计算但看到体脂的%有下降真的太开心了♥ ♥<br />

多吃天然的食材多吃蔬菜水果和坚果类<br />
地瓜,马铃薯,南瓜,山药都是很好的优质淀粉<br />

1. 将牛油和糖打至松发, 加入其它(A)料混合均匀<br />
2. 之后加入(B)料混合成团, 放入冰箱约10分钟.<br />

材料<br />
小排骨 2支<br />
蒸肉粉 1包<br />
马铃薯 2小粒 (也可改用芋头或地瓜)<br />

调味<br />
料理酒 1大匙<br />
豆瓣酱 1小匙<br />
甜面酱 1/2大匙 (我没加)<br />
糖 1/2大匙 (我没加)<br />
水 4大匙<br />

做法<br />
1. 将小排骨洗干净沥干, 加入所有调味料腌20分钟或更久. 之后加入蒸肉粉拌匀<br />
2. 马铃薯去皮切成小块,铺在蒸盘垫底之后摆上排骨. 蒸约40分钟<br />
