text-align: center;"&gt;最近在FB看到不少朋友又在做这北海道戚风&lt;br /&gt;看得我是猛吞口水 好想吃啊。。&lt;br /&gt;但看到要煮卡士特酱我又止步了&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;昨天终于受不了早上先把卡士特酱煮好&lt;br /&gt;下午有空了才开始做蛋糕体&lt;br /&gt;这是我第三次做这北海道戚风&lt;br /&gt;但却是我第一次煮卡士特酱&lt;br /&gt;虽然做法不难但也是要点时间来完成&lt;br /&gt;而我最怕的是事后的残局&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;虽然我没吃过真正的北海道戚风&lt;br /&gt;但这次的北海道戚风却是我很满意一次&lt;br /&gt;而我家的小瓜们更是爱吃 一直讲冷冷的ice cream很好吃&lt;br /&gt;虽然很怕事后的清洗的工作但这也绝对值得&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-kCIM-VTbHAA/T6KhVsW4-3I/AAAAAAAAG5Y/HTb7pdis-8U/s1600/DSC09252.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; &amp;amp; &lt;a href="http://shirley8989.blogspot.com/2012/03/kimchi.html"&gt;幸福滋味&lt;/a&gt;做的泡菜&lt;br /&gt;oh...实在受不了了&lt;br /&gt;那天在练完yoga后就冲去超市买材料&lt;br /&gt;第二天就赶紧开工咯~~&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;腌好的泡菜在室温摆放了一晚后&lt;br /&gt;味道真的是一级棒&lt;br /&gt;老黄卖瓜的说跟我在JJ买的泡菜味道一差不多样哦&lt;br /&gt;我觉得有加cincalok让泡菜的味道变得更好&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;接着的星期六我姐也来我家做了一大罐的泡菜 ^^&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on"&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;白菜脱水：&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;白菜2个，盐1/2杯&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;~白菜切段，均匀撒上白盐，用个石臼压着，约1-2小时，待白菜出水后，用水洗净3次，直到白菜的咸味减淡（可以试吃），盛上，沥干水。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;（A）面糊材料：&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;糯米粉/面粉1/2杯，白糖1/4杯，水3杯 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;~糯米粉/面粉加入水搅均匀，用小火煮至起泡泡呈浆糊状，一定要一直搅拌，不然锅底会烧焦，然后加入白糖煮至溶，放冷，待用&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;（B）&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;鱼露1杯，辣椒粉4-6杯&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;（我放2小包40g）&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;(D)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;青葱1把（ 切段），韭菜2杯（切2寸段），白罗卜丝2杯&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;新鲜生蚝 2杯（我用1杯咸虾/真加洛（Chinchalok） 代替，咸虾/真加洛（Chinchalok）要挤干水，不然会太咸）&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;泡菜做法：&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;1）（A）料冷了后，加入（B），（C）和（D）搅拌均匀。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;2）把白菜加入泡菜糊，均匀的混合。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;3）装满在不通风的盒子里，放在室温发酵约2天（可以试吃泡菜汁），如开始转酸，就可放入冰箱即可。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;刚做好的泡菜，可以马上吃。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;如果不喜欢泡菜太酸，在做好后马上放入冰箱。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;在室温发酵的时候，会看到很多小泡泡一直上升，甚至泡菜汁会溢出罐子，这是正常的。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;腌泡菜的时候，一定要戴上手套，因为酱汁会很辣。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;泡菜汁不要一次加入白菜里头，因为会有多出的酱汁，多余的酱汁，可以收在冰箱冷冻，下回再用，只需加入脱水的白菜就可以了。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;泡菜收久后会变得很酸，不要丢掉，因为用来煮泡菜锅是最美味的。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;我没有照&lt;a href="http://www.maangchi.com/recipe/kimchi-kaktugi"&gt;&lt;span style="color: magenta;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Maangchi&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt; 的方法将白菜脱水，她把白菜，盐和水加在一起腌；而我是直接把盐撒白菜上面，盐会用的比较少，脱水的时间也短些。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;白菜一定要经过脱水这个步骤，口感才会脆，也可以收久一点。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both;
