16/08 韭菜肉碎豆腐菜粿




就一直盘算着想再做多一次用韭菜为馅的
终于也等到妈妈种的韭菜收成我也能开工咯

我家女儿不知怎么的很爱吃韭菜
所以这韭菜肉碎豆腐菜粿很得她喜爱
一蒸出来她就连吃了两个还大赞好吃
听她这么一赞我也好开心呢






第二次捏这菜粿皮终于也有些进步能捏到美美的折了



面皮材料
澄粉
100g
薯粉 60g
适量
1大匙
滚水 220g

内馅:
韭菜
肉碎
豆腐
虾米
素G粉

胡椒粉
炒熟放凉备用
